Privacy Notice

What this website collects, why, and how it is protected.

Draft · pending legal review

This notice describes how the Vrelen website handles personal information. It will be completed with legal bases, retention periods and your rights once the operating entity has been registered.

Enquiries

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the subject and message you write, plus your organisation and phone number if you choose to provide them. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry.

Job applications

When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, cover message and CV, plus your phone number and profile links if you provide them. Your CV is stored in private storage with no public link and is used only to assess your application.

Abuse prevention

To protect our forms from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser. We do not store your IP address. We store only a one-way, keyed hash of it to limit how often forms can be submitted.

Analytics and error monitoring

If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without collecting personal data. We may also use Sentry to record technical errors. It is configured not to collect IP addresses, cookies, form contents or uploaded files.
